Here we provide a global snapshot of B.pseudomallei isolates deposited in the MLST database viewable in Google Earth.
You can also interrogate the MLST database from within Google Earth and view isolate data by country.
If the file does not automatically open with Google Earth, save the link to your computer then open.
NB: meliodosis is very largely restricted to South
East Asia and Northern Australia, however, isolates are recovered
in many other countries usually due to individuals returning
from endemic areas. |
